About
Ms Franziska De Rosa-Werder has over 30 years of experience in Training, and Awareness, Information Security and Education in large and multinational companies. As Head of Education Group (Novartis), she was responsible for introducing CBT (Computer Based Training) and standardised software to end-users. With 20 years of experience in blended Learning of IT applications and information security (in German and English) she has provided training, awareness and education services to all levels within companies, including at the executive suite level. In providing risk assessments and analyses, she can identify training, awareness and information security deficits for clients and provide planned solutions for same. Tying in hobbies with work, Franziska also provides SSK – First Aid Courses
